Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

 

Exchanges

Purchased items can be exchanged for an alternative item. If you would like to exchange your order, please email rudy@devgear.co with “Order #XXX - Exchange” in the subject line to begin an Exchange Authorization. Exchanges must be requested within ten days of receipt of your order, and items must be unworn, unwashed, free of damage, with tags attached to be eligible. Exchanges are dependent on the requested item’s availability. Customers are welcome to purchase the alternative size desired separately at Devgear.co and seek a refund of the original purchased item pursuant to the refund policy described above.

Defected Merchandise and Erroneous Orders

A large number of the items in DeVgear's collection are made using natural leather products. Naturally occurring variations (such as imperfections, variations in color or the grain) are inherent to leather products and no two products are exactly alike.  Kindly note that colors and genuine skins may vary between product images and the physical good due to technological variances in screen quality.

If you believe an item in your order to be defective or there to be an error in your order, such as receiving the wrong size or style, please email info@devgear.co to begin a Return Authorization. Please write “Order #XXX - Return” or "Order #XXX - Exchange" in the subject line and include detailed pictures of the defective merchandise if applicable, and/or a description of any error in the shipment. Return or exchange of such items is at the discretion of DeVgear and must be requested within fourteen days of receipt of your order. If DeVgear deems the merchandise deems the merchandise to be defective or there to be an error in the order, a complimentary return label will be provided, and a full refund will be processed to the customer upon return of the order. Please ship the return within seven days of receipt of the label. Dependent on your financial institution, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Because DeVgear is a small operation, we do not offer refunds.

Sales Items

Items bought on final sale can not be returned for either a store credit or an exchange.
